Okay Durman, who was born in 1976, graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1998. Thereafter he started his academic career and completed his master's and doctoral programs in Private Law at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences, as well as the University of East London Law Master Program (LL.M.). He worked as a lecturer in the Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law at Istanbul University, Yeditepe University, Doğuş University, and MEF University Law Faculties. He is currently working at Beykent University, Faculty of Law. In addition to his academic life, Okay Durman had also worked as in-house Legal Consultant at Global Yatırım Holding and Bilgili Holding for many years, and then established the Okay Law Office. As the founder Okay Durman, with his law firm, provides legal services to many Turkish and foreign reputable companies, in all branches of law, particularly in Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Law Enforcement, including Administrative Law. He is also well known for his consultancy services in some Mergers and Acquisitions and Energy projects.
